Paver block hardener is a liquid chemical additive used in concrete or cement mix to:

🔹 2. How to Use with Cement Mix ✅ Step 1: Basic Concrete Mix Ratio

For paver blocks, a common mix ratio is:

• 1 part Cement

• 2 parts Sand

• 3 parts Aggregate (6mm or 10mm)

• Water as required

✅ Step 2: Add Paver Block Hardener

• Add hardener to the mixing water

• Typical dosage:
  5 ml to 10 ml per kg of cement
  (Check manufacturer instructions for exact dosage)

Example:
If using 50 kg cement →
Use 250 ml to 500 ml hardener

Mix the hardener in water first, then add to dry mix.

✅ Step 3: Mixing Process

1. Mix cement + sand + aggregate properly (dry mix)

2. Mix hardener with water

3. Add liquid slowly while mixing

4. Mix until semi-dry (not too wet)

5. Fill moulds and vibrate properly

✅ Step 4: Curing

• Keep paver blocks for 24 hours in mould

• Remove mould

• Water cure for 7–14 days

• Proper curing increases strength
